General Information »   Switching from methadone to suboxone, going threw HELL! Will this ever end?!!?

I waited 52 hours from my last methadone dose before i took my first dose of suboxone and it was not pleasant waiting all that time to take the suboxone but when it was time i thought that i was going to feel better. Well I definitely feel better now than i did when i was on nothing wait to take the first pill but i still feet horrible! How long is this going to last?!?! When am i going to feel the positive effects from this medication. i mean everything i have been threw with this switch is making me want to relapse and get something off the street!
Dont get me wrong, i want to be clean, more than i can even describe but this is so much harder than i thought. And i have to take care of my 16 month old daughter while im going threw this, its been so much harder than i thought.
My husband was going to make the switch in a couple weeks. he works 6 days a week, i dont see how he is going to do this.

anyone else who made this switch, when did u start to feel better???

Same story here just got off methadone 3 days ago I felt horrible till I read the article "Spit or Swallow" on this site.. READ IT Spitting worked for me the 2nd day of taking Suboxone!
